In the early 2000s, Germany is ranked as the second largest exporting country in the world, and is in the midst of a relocation policy. Our awakening comes from the concern of: how to profile African countries so that they can acquire such attractiveness and make their economies benefit from the same advantages as a centre of interest for such projects. Our primary objective is to contribute to the creation of a favourable constellation of exchanges enabling German companies to take an interest in the African market. This would be timely for African companies operating in an embryonic economy, a society with growing unemployment and increasing school enrolment.
